Im Gay So!

Short Summary

In 2011 I decided to set up my own website, I come from a web background and wanted initially to expand my skillset and develop my skills, so I decided to develop a social networking site that combined a professional network with Gay people from around the globe, a linkedIn meets facebook.

I'm a one man band so my own funds are limited and I want to expand the awareness of the website to more people by advertising the site via different mediums, the site is totally free to use and with this funding it will allow me to keep it free to use.

What We Need & What You Get

At the moment the funding will be placed 95% into advertising and 5% into running the site (hosting, domain renwals). I aim to adverise in Gay publication both in print and online, I want to increase awareness of the product and help develop it into the primary visitor spot for Gay professionals.

The Impact

My focus is on advertising at this stage, the fund would be used to help increase the awareness of the site and attract more people to join with each other. I'm hoping as awareness grows I'll be able to make the site more accessible via iPhone apps etc, but without this initial funding I can't easily spread the word.

I want to make a safe place for gay men to interact and create friendships and relationships but without the crude side that often bugs these types of sites. Its something many gay professional want.
