I’m fine- a different state of mind

“I’m fine”. This is one of those go to answers when someone ask you how you’re doing even if you feel like the world is crashing down you. This is also my title to the first of my three books.

I wrote the book titled “I’m fine” two years ago to begin a series for the sole purpose of mental health awareness and education. To create a community for those who have mental illnesses and those who wish to understand and how to assist and be there for their loved ones when they can.

I am one of the few lucky ones who caught my illness on an early stage and managed to get assistance and the support I needed to overcome it. For some part, the book series is taking people on an emotional journey of someone who has a mental illness until recovery. For the most part, for the most part its about helping people... supporting them... and knowing that they are not alone. More precisely for the underprivileged and teenagers.

The proceeds will go to the publication and the establishment of a mental illness campaign. I’m hoping this will go in to assist more people during and after the pandemic.
