I’m badly in need of my academic tuition fee to continue my study

I'm from Bangladesh. I am student of Hangzhou Normal University and I'm studying Computer Science and Technology.

When I came here I didn't know that here part time job is not allowed. I thought that I will do some part time job and get my money of living and study but the fact is after coming here I came to know that here it is banned so now I'm facing a big problem of money. My family has not that enough money to carry my expenses. I got the scholarship for the first year after a very hard study but this year the new rules is there is no scholarship for the next semester. So, I must have to pay the tuition fee before march. Now I can't think anything. If I can't give that money I must have to stop my study now. So, I'm really in need of some donation. Please help me to continue my study.
