I’m a disabled husband that has a very sick wife that is going to have medical procedures. A family that needs a little help right now

we are a family that needs a little help.I'm a disabled husband, my wife has taken care of me for thirteen years. I'm asking for little help for our family my wife is very sick. Has very intensive bleeding ulcers, shes anemic and has a lot of dizziness and fainting and has lost a lot of blood. She is on a lot of medicine. She will be going in after Thanksgiving to have her ulcers cauterized. We need a lot of prayer and healing. My wife is the bread winner and one of the hardest workers I know. she works full time, Shes in medical school to be a medical coder. we just need a little help while shes down to catch up car payments etc. We have gotten some help from family and thank you we love you.
