Campaign Story
Come March 2017, my 2nd daughter, Illyza Aubrey will undergo a major operation. She will have a Pullthrough and Colostomy reversal.
She had been diagnosed with Hirchsprung's Disease at birth. This condition prevents bowel movements (stool) to pass through the intestines due to missing nerve cells in the lower part of the colon. She had undergone about 3 major operations already; one of them is her Colostomy in 2011.
Although we have financially prepared for this, I am afraid that our funds will not be enough, as we are told by our doctor that a team of Pedia Surgeons will do the operation. Nevertheless, we are happy about that news because we know that she will be under the care of the best doctors in Cebu.
And so, we are knocking on your generous hearts to please help us in our journey. We are also praying for zero complications and her speedy recovery.
