Ili-Likhaan Ceramics Studio Fundraiser

Ili-Likhaan will be a community art space where people can learn and share their passion. It is a health and wellness hub where one can join workshops on different forms of art (mainly Ceramics/Pottery, as well as Drawing, Painting, Printmaking, Cooking, Music, Dance, Yoga, etc.) to find balance, gain wholeness and self-confidence. Ili-Likhaan promotes creative responses to mental, emotional, and psychological concerns. It envisions to use art as therapy and a form of meditation - understanding and connecting people through the works of their heart.

Ili-Likhaan comes from the Filipino words, “ili” and “likhaan”. Ili means motherland. It also represents earth. Likhaan translates to a creative space. Put together, Ili-Likhaan represents the works of our motherland; works from the earth. It is a creative space for healing and learning, andreconnecting our spirit to our source.
