I have always been a generous person and supportive whenever I can.

I would like to tell you the ongoing tragic story of Moh and I have faith in your empathy and support.

Moh is now 35 years old.
At the age of 11, his parents were both killed in a car crash. His aunt took him in and became his new mother. He grew up, studied and reached a Bachelor Degree in Law. In his mid 20s, he married and they had a baby boy. For three years, everything seemed to be smooth. But in reality, nothing was as it seems.

Moh is gay and was coerced into marrying. A typical compelling in his country by the desires of family members and society in general. The social pressure is so unbearable that many just surrender to the pressure and live a life of misery.
For Moh however, things didn't go so smooth as it does for many others that live double lives.

His baby boy died at the age of three due to negected support from his wife. The little boy could not breath and his wife failed to attend to his needs and so he suffocated to death.
From there on, Moh was completely broken. His boy was everything to him.
Moh had not practiced any of his desires until this day. He just knew he was a gay man.

The marriage started to deteriorate and Moh dived into work and absense from home.
One day, his wife took his phone and discovered the imagery that Moh had on his phone, hence exposing his sexual orientation. Even though Moh had never betrayed his wife, she told the whole family.

His aunt beat him, his brother beat him, his uncled tried to suffocate him by strangling, his sister (a physician!) told the men to tie him up and leave him on the tiled floor of the bathroom to die.
Beatings were on the daily agenda and food was to be little to nothing. For two months Moh was tied and sitting in is own feces. Only occasionally would he be untied for feeding or a cold hose down to rid the smell of urine and feces. Even neighbours were invited in to urinate on him.
His family took whatever they wanted from his home that he had worked so hard for. TV, Air Conditioning, Laptop, Smartphone, even sheets, blankets and clothing. His posessions were obviously worth more than him.

One day, his aunt was not paying attention and he managed to escape. With only the clothes he managed to grab he set off into an unknown destination. But he was free. Sort of.
He slept on the streets, in backyards or wherever he could find a place to stay. He experienced not only abuse from people in public, but was appreciative to some kind people who offered him food, money or even hospitality. Sadly, even some of those that appeared to be doing a good deed, abused him.

After three months of street survival, he decided it is time to return to his home using a threat as a weapon. He returned and told them, if anything happens to him, his home will be inherited by a friend and he knows the whole story. He will go to the police and expose everything.
As his family all own the land together and house together, bringing in a new owner would disrupt the family and bring shame upon them. This is a large threat for such families.

Moh found work and would set about living a life that was controlled with every breath he took. He would be constantly checked where he is, who he is talking to, what he is doing and and and.
With time, things calmed down, but the pressure of marriage is increasing. Every day he is being mobbed into making the family happy but to put himself into a life of misery.
Moh wants to break free. He does not want to put an innocent woman to such a lie. He wants a life that is accepted by the people around him and the only way to do that, is to give him a chance to leave.

Moh needs medical treatment as he suffers extreme back pains from the beatings his uncle gave him (he stomped on his back on numerous occasions) and he suffers such strong headaches due to neck injuries.

If you have got to this part of Moh's story, it would be most appreciated if you could help me to raise funds to get Moh to Europe and allow him to study and start a new life. Nobody should have to suffer such pain and torment because of their unchosen orientation.

Talking to Moh about this whole story, I recall him saying "I just want to die".

Please, help me to help him.
Should the funds exceed the amount needed, these will be invested in helping others with similar situations.

Thank you so much for your warm hearted gratitude.
