Iftar Dinner Fundraising

ICNM wants to greet everyone as we are entering into the blessed month of Ramadan; it is the ninth month of Islamic lunar calendar. All physically mature and healthy Muslims are obligated to fast for the complete month. Fasting is one of the pillars of Islam, and is an act of worship and obedience to Allah (SWT). All Muslims abstain from all food &drink from dawn till sunset. Insha’Allah this year; Ramadan activities will once again be celebrated at Islamic Center of North Marin. Everyone is welcome to open fast and perform daily prayers along with Taraweeh prayers. ICNM will arrange Iftar & dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. All brothers and sisters of our community and other communities are welcome to participate in this program and to share the blessings of Allah (SWT), and enjoy the breaking of fast together. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) stated “Anyone who gives a full meal to one who has been fasting will be given a drink from my stand, and Allah (SWT) will not cause thirst until he/she enters paradise. Please sponsor some money so that we can offer food for fasting peoples.
