IDS photography

IDS Photography, is a small photography team working out of Manchester.  At the moment we take pictures at parties, christenings, community events, concerts and do some portrait work, we would like to expand into doing commercial photography.  We have several projects that we would like to put into motion with the aim of producing a book.  To do this we need to up grade our equipment, we need a number of full frame cameras and 24-70 mm 1.4 lenses.  We do a lot of local community charity events on a voluntary basis for no financial gain and want to continue to do this.  If we could raise the funds to improve our equipment we could start to generate funds which would enable us to continue helping the local community.   One project we would like to do is looking at the many different hair styles within our local ethnic community, it would enable us to document the creativeness of our local hair stylists. We currently work with young people in our local area and we would like to not only incorporate them into our future projects but also pass on some of our skills and experience, we would struggle to do this with our current equipment.
