Ida’s Birthday Yoga Fund!

Dearest Ladies & Gents,

I'm turning 30 on July 15th! I will share my birthday celebrations with my sister Linda's wedding, and we will have a nice wedding/birthday brunch in the Helsinki archipelago on July 15.

SO: Some friends have asked me what I would like as a present, and I could only think of one thing: a yoga retreat. I'm really not lacking in material things (other than an avocado tree), but I've wanted to deepen my yoga practise for years. I'm even considering a yoga teacher training course in California. But before embarking on a teaching project, I want to immerse myself in a yoga retreat, to see whether teaching yoga is what I really want to pursue in my future!

HOW: My yoga studio in Laguna Beach, California - yogaworks.com - organises retreats and workshops continuously, so I can go any time. If I choose to do teacher training I will definitely do it through Yoga Works. So if you would like to contribute to furthering my yoga practise, knowledge, and potentially teaching skills, please feel free to contribute to my birthday yoga fund! Whether it's five quid, ten bucks, fifteen euros or ten thousand Tanzanian shillings, all will be received with love! Alternatively, you can always get me an avocado tree, or a book!
