ICU MEDICAL BILLS FOR Engr. JOSELITO LEYNES

Me and my family are reaching out to your kind hearts as we face very tough times ahead. My Father Engr. Joselito Leynes was diagnosed with Hepatocellullar Carcinoma with Liver Cirrhosis last July. He’s been in and out of hospitals for doctor’s visits and treatments for the past year. Just 2 weeks ago he was rushed to the ER and admitted in the ICU because of Variceal Bleeding which is a complication of his Liver disease. He was discharged after 11 days in the hospital and was sent home to recover. Unfortunately, not even a week of being home we had to rush him to the hospital again because of the same reason. He was admitted in the ICU once again, but this time his Doctor informed us that apart from the bleeding, his kidneys are also malfunctioning. This means he will also need hemodialysis apart from all the treatments he needs in the ICU. His first admission in the hospital has already left us financially down. This time around he will be needing more medication and procedures in the ICU which means double the medical bills from his last hospitalisation. He is still currently admitted in the ICU at National Kidney And Transplant Institute (NKTI) at present under very close monitoring. My Father is not the type to seek help from others, instead through his life he has been the one helping so many people.
