Campaign Story
My brother, Edwin M. Gonzales, was diagnosed with Chronic Renal (Kidney) Failure and is undergoing regular kidney dialysis. Last May 2, he suffered a heart attack and was rushed to the hospital. He was also diagnosed with pneumonia due to congestion in his lungs, which was a result of excess water being retained in his body because of his kidney problem. He is currently confined in the ICU for the close monitoring of his condition. The daily rate of his stay in the ICU can go from a minimum of Php50,000 to as high as Php100,000, depending on what lab tests and procedures must be done.
It is in this regard that we are humbly asking for financial help from your kind hearts to support my brother during his time of need. Any amount of help that you give will be of tremendous help to his mounting hospital expenses. Thank you so much.
