This fundraiser is created by Dietitians for Dietitians! Some progressive Canadian Dietitains want to work together to dispel the myths that Dietitians are boring, tied to the food guide and industry and not focused on wellness. We plan to create a social media campaign and video with the help of the money raised here to show Canada that Dietitians are focused on best health, wellness, whole foods, science-based recommendations and treating clients as individuals. We plan for this video to go viral through social media, and boost the image of RDs in the public eye. We also have a domain name reserved, and if over $805 is raised we will put it towards website development. So come on Canadian Dietitians - please donate to this cause to help educate the public on what a deititian REALLY is!

 Feb 18/14 update: The filming will take place at St Lawrence Market Kitchen and 4 Toronto area dietitians . Thank to those RDs for volunteering their time to create our video!

We now have a revised budget (initially estimated at $500). It includes $250 rental fee for the Market, $355 filming & $200 makeup for 4 people (to produce a professional looking video) = $805. Currently we have raised $537.60. This is a difference of $267.40. Thank you for your donations!
