Iam looking for a donor to assist me to start a small business, but if I manage it well it will accommodate a lot of people who need jobs

I have started a small business, which deals with maintenance work and new installations to plumbing electrical painting and cctv systems, I have seen that people are very happy with the service that I am providing them, but the only challenge that is stopping me from doing so well is the shortage of transportation and enough tools, so if I can get an assistants in that then in future I can be able to employ more people to help me with the work.
