I2BA ANNUAL CAREER GUIDANCES

I2BA NPO, also known as I2BA SKILLS TRAINING hosts Career Guidance annually. Our Career Guidances are so unique because they are stuck with SETAs who are given a mandate to ensure the balance of skills in the workplace and as a result they become the right structure to know what are the most required skills in South Africa. These SETAs get to share this information with communities in different areas during these career guidances. I2BA also use data collected from these career guidances to channel unemployed youth to the correct departments for help, remember aim is to create jobs, so we do this through giving them skills, mentor they as they establish their cooperatives and or companies. Since we work closely with education sector we also want to recognize good teachers in our Career Guidances as well as top achievers, especially in Maths and Science.

Currently we are training 22 young people in business and Agriculture/farming in Isipingo as you can see when going through our website i2banpo.portmoni.com or our Facebook page I2BA SKILLS TRAINING. These young people were picked up from our last Career Guidance. Our next Career Guidance will take place in July 11 2020.
