I would like to be able to speak

This little girl is getting an operation on the 28th  May 2015. She has a soft palet cleft and she has rhinolalia aparte which basicaly means her soft palet is very short. Which makes speech very difficult for her. If she does not get this operation she will never be able to speak properly and it affects her hearing aswell because the muscles of the soft palet is used to open the ears from inside her throught to decrease pressure. She will also not be able to go to a normal school. Sheis raised by a single mother and her mom can not afford a medical aid that could cover the costs. I am asking please find it in your hearts to help this little girl.   Many thanks Miems
