I want to study abroad in Italy!!

I am a first year at Ohio University and would like to learn the language my fathers side of the family speaks. OU has a study abroad program where you travel to Italy for 6 weeks over the summer to learn Italian, and I would love get the opportunity to go! To participate in the program I must be able to cover the cost of tuition, airfare, as well as some transportation and meals while in Europe. In order to make this possible I need to raise 12,000 dollars to cover these costs.
