I want to save lives – Help me

Hi, my name is Ivona and I'm from Bulgaria. I'm 24 years old and working in a medical center as a receptionist. Being around doctors, watching how they do everything of their power to help people, made me realize that what I want to do to the rest of my life is saving lives. I decided to walk through the tough path of becoming a doctor and finally enjoy what I'm doing. I am aware that it is a huge step, but with a lot of effort and a lot of faith, I can do it. Unfortunately, the fees at the university are impossible to cover only with my salary. That's why I'm asking You for help.
