TMJ Surgery

Dear My all Friend's Around the world.

My Name Is Welman Manest Manurung , I'm 24 years old Lived in Medan ,North Sumatra .

I'm willing to tell you about my story of life's. When I was 12 years old i have been slapped with amount of power and after that my teeth falling down one by one. I have a night mare after that . My life is changing i cannot do sport or running , it makes me tired all the times and leave permanent injury until now . I have an extreme chronic fatigue and chronic ilness .

I want to lived and make a people happy and my parents cheer on my healthiness condition .

I love lived i love GOD and I love you too .

My Cervical spine is Broken , and not into the right angle . And my jaw is Imbalance look into the cephalomogprahy. And Basic of this tragedy I have extreme fatigue and pain in shoulder , chest ,neck and bones . I have a Phase III Cephalo Cervical Spine And need Surgery soon.

I want you to help me to do surgery in Portugal .0.4 cm inquisition (chin )and 0.35 cm in right jaw .
