Hello everyone! This is my brother Freddie Jabon, 44 yrs old, from Brgy. San Andress, Catbalogan City, Samar.
He has a condition of which there is a fluid found in his spinal cord that cause him to be bedridden for a longer time since. This fluid if not remove will lead to a more serious problem.
He's currently admitted to St. Paul Divine Word Hospital, Tacloban City but advised to be transfer to Cebu or Manila to seek help from a Neurologist who specializes in such condition and get further assistance.
Thus, we are appealing to those people with kind and big heart to help us support my brother financially..from his hospital transfer and for his operation. Any amount is highly appreciated.
