To improve the standard of living of the whole community through various services that will educate and train them. Help our youth and show them the great opportunities available within our City.
Our vision
We must help each other as citizens and set goals for the prosperity of the Community. Hispanic Help Center provides services that will enable Utica residents to manage effective and effective ways to improve their quality of life.
Starting
As a corporation, we are committed to accepting and respecting these three principles as timeless guidelines to help the lives of others. We feel the need and responsibility to reach the people in the community we serve, especially those who find it difficult to improve their quality of life.

Soy Humberto Garcia (O'Farrell) Presidente y fundador de O'Farrell Hispanic Helping Center inc, en Utica Nueva York, somos una nueva Fundacion que promete ayudar a las familias a dar sus primeros pasos dentro de Estados Unidos o ayudar de forma directa a familias que por causa de desastres naturales pierden su hogar.
Soy judio Puertoriqueño nacido en Ponce Puerto Rico de Abuelos judios, estudie en el centro san francisco de ponce y despues de años de preparacion academica logre la creacion de esta Fundacion, Una de las metas que me e propuesto es ayudar mujeres, jovenes y niños con una mejor educacion y un mejor bienestar economico.
Mi plan es crear una union entre los centros sol isolina ferre y Ofarrell Hispanic Helping Center inc de esta manera con los recursos adquiridos con mi fundacion poder ayudar en linea directa familias que quieran venir a estados unidos y ayudarlas con los servicios que estan incluidos en este correo.
O'Farrell Hispanic Helping Center inc, es una fundacion que hace presentaciones artisticas como:
- Conciertos Urbanos
- Conciertos sinfonicos
- Conciertos playeros
- Festivales latinos
- Deportes
Todo lo que hacemos, lo hacemos para ayudar a las familias, no importa la Raza, Color, Sexo o Religion, estamos aqui para ayudar nuestras Familias.
