Who Am I?
My name is Rahid Islam. I am 17 years old boy who recently completed matriculation in Buiseness Studies.
Why Am I Here at GoGetFunding?
I am excited and happy to let everyone know that I have been selected for the China Ministry of Education Scholarship program at Fudan University 2019 in Shanghai, China this year from 25th April.
This scholarship and Fudan University are waiving the tution fees and accommodation for this program. However, the travel cost and living cost at Shanghai has to carried by myself and the total amount is almost $ 3,000.
Estimated Breakdown:
Travel Cost:$1,500 (approx.)
Food & Other Expenses:$1,500 (approx.)
TOTAL FUNDS NECESSARY - $ 3,000
MY FUNDRAISING GOAL - $ 2,800
Coming from a middle class family like mine, where my father is the only earning member and also, has been a cardiac and diebetic patient for about 3 years now, our financial condition is not estable enoung to bear such huge expenses like this. CSC had granted me full scholarship during the time of my admission which helped me complete my Diploma on Computer Science Council and I am here now thanks to CSC. Now at this stage, this opportunity with such a scholarship is extremely important for me and my future goals which is why, I want to bring your attention to this page or campaign. Please share !
I need your help for me to able to go chase my dreams. I am fundraising for myself and to be able to manage the travel cost + living cost in Shanghai, China that will allow me to study my dream subjects at a dream campus like Fudan University, also known as one of the SKY universities of China.
