I want to enrol Ultrasound imaging course

I lose my job, so I should to improve my skills to get a new job . I enrolled in course ( Ultrasound imaging) from Futurelearn.com provided from twenty universty . After spend one week in learning they ask for 69$ to upgrad my account to continue the course and get more benefits in the website. I did not have money to complete the course , please help me with this amount in order to able to get a better job with better salary.
