ARTOPIA: I want to create a community of artists

Hello and welcome to my utopic mind! :D

I have this dream... I want to create an utopic community of artists and thinkers that live together on the same area, create togheter and spread their message together. I would like to have a creation hall and gardens, where they can grow plants, an online shop where they can sell their art, a NGO so that we can make social campaigns, an audio-video studio, an animal shelter where we can train dogs for people with needs, different artistic workshops, a magazine, eco ways of living and many more.

As you can see, I would like to try and build an utopic and auto-sustenable community of free thinkers, where they can find their place and live their lives, while active contribute to the development of our society. If this project goes well, I would like to make more communities like this on different parts of the world.

The money will be used to:

- buy a piece of land;

- build the houses, the eco systems, the creation hall, the gardens, the studio, the online shop and the animal shelter, sustain economy of the community until it starts producing for itself;

- promote the project and offer the prime matterials for the artists.
