Help Me Become An Animator!!

I want to get more into digital art and animation, but as I will be going off to college soon, I have a lot of expenses to pay, and it would take me eons to save up the money necessary to buy the equipment I need, as well as pay my senior dues, college application fees, and all around life expenses, as well as save for the future. I'm hoping to raise the money to buy a Wacom Cintiq Pro tablet, as I already pay for Adobe create cloud, and purchased my own refurbished mac book air a few years ago. All I need is a better means to creating my digital art and animations, and this will hopefully help me achieve my goal!
