I want to be a woman

ever since I was a child I know I’m in the wrong body. Im now 23 and it seems like im inclining more on my feminine side.. I want to blossom into becoming a woman. I even look like a female but I havent taken any pills and other surgeries yet. I just want this to be true so that I can be my happy self. I’m still looking for a surgeon maybe in Thailand to make this possible. I really want to live my life that way I belive I am supposed to be. It could be expensive and I would like to have some help... and ill give u all my love for the rest of my life...
