In 2006 when I was 25 years old, had a good job, and Swedbank gave me a mortgage of ~120000 Euros for the house that was evaluated more than 200000 Euros, in local currency LTL, the interest rate was low at the moment of contract and Lithuania had currency management law with fixed rate to EURO at the end of 2009 financial crisis was declared in Lithuania, interest rate went sky high I was unable to pay mortgage, and got into the situation when bank didn't change currency but did increase interest rate, eventually Swedbank created its real estate management company and took over my house for about 30000 Euros leaving rest of the debt on me. I had depression left my homeland and spent already more than 7 years abroad. Because of Lithuanian laws, now I can't come back to my homeland, the police being used for debt collection enforcement agents that is government controlled institution. So Sad. I do not expect too much from here, but I want to have any hope, that things can get better, cause I spent already almost 10 years "underground", and hope to get my life back.

Many thanks who may help me to get from this issue.
