I am a 29 year old female who has albinism, I live in pretoria South Africa and I was diagnosed with skin cancer 4 years ago, I went for surgery and survived it, again earlt this year I had a lump near my ear, went for Check up, I had another growth, I have scaring around my forehead and ear, I have to wear wigs that hide my scars, everyday, I hide, everyday i wish I could change my hair style, but I cannot, the scars are too big and too visible, I'd like you to help me fix my forehead, please help me get cosmetic surgery
