“I still want to see my toys”- Miley the sausage dog, losing her sight(8 months old)

Miley is an 8 month old Miniature dachshund. She is tan, with dark brown spots. She has the most precious personality. She is so happy go lucky and LOVES digging holes in her mommy's garden. Recently we have discovered, that she has been losing her sight. This is due to the fact that she has cataracts in both her eyes, which can only be treated by having an expensive operation. They gave us the option of doing an operation or leaving her to go fully blind and using medicine for the rest of her life. We feel she still deserves to have a chance of still seeing her toys, playing with her sister Riley, digging holes where ever she'd like and still seeing where she could give kisses on our faces. Please help us, to help her?
