My sister has an acute heart problem. She has also high sugar & high blood pressure. She wants to enjoy her life but she can't. I need $10000 (ten thousand US dollars) for her treatment but I can't afford it. I request all of you to help me to save my sister's life because she is the only person I have in this world.
