I need your support for McGill University.

Hi,

My name is Osman Kucukdemirci. From Turkey. I studied engineering at Selçuk University. My father died when I started high school (2009). That's why I have always struggled on my own with economic problems. With my own efforts both I studied in the university and worked. In the 1st year of university, I worked as a cleaning staff at the gym. In the 2st year I worked as a waiter at the restaurant. I worked at the library in the third year of the university. In the last year of the university, I was pollster. So, With my own efforts both I studied in the university and worked.

I will do a Master's (M.A.) in Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing at McGill University The Department of Geography. This Master's program is a great opportunity for me. Being able to implement this plan will go towards a great investment in my education will further increase my personal and professional development. It will also come as solid support for the PhD applications I’ll be making later.

In stark contrast with all that's good news for education, things look rather grim on the financial front. The only thing holding me back is the cost. Although I've worked and saved money the tuition cost and some expenses is too expensive for beginning. Registration fee, campus health insurance, visa expenses, accommodation expenses, airport welcome fee and daily expenses are among the expenses I have to solve initially. I has completed numerous scholarship applications, but nothing has come through yet and I fearful it won't be enough or in time for school. That is why I am reaching out to anyone and everyone who would be willing to help... No matter its size, your support will take me a step closer to the graduate education opportunity at McGill. This is really last resort for me. $1, $5 can go a long way in helping a young man attain his dream of education.I can't change certain difficult aspects of my life, but I can change the direction of my life, for the better. I am grateful for anyone that wants to support me in my journey over the education.
