I need your kind help please!

I am desperately looking for financial help to clear my debts, which have rolled up to S$55,000 (close to US$40,000) currently. Reasons for debts are due to wrong investments in shares in my early years and suffered from some medical conditions which have used up all my savings. I have to resort to using credit cards and credit lines to pay for monthly expenses and eventually snowballed to such big amount. I am willing to discuss on a loan and I can pay back every month with a budget of S$1,200 (or approximately US$865) for the loan. Else, if there is any kind soul who can even help me pay all my debts so that I can start afresh again, I will be greatly greatly grateful for it. Thank you very much for your kindness!
