I need your help

Hi My name is Fiorenza an Italian woman alone in the World. I ask for your help because I am living a very bad situation. I lost my house and my job because I wanted to help my friend in need and I was scammed. Now I live for a short time in a social service home but soon I will be in the street. I am graduated in Education but I cannot have a new job because I suffer a rare desease called Arnold Chiari syndrome. In Italy doctors cannot treat me because they don t know this desease a lot. I have an hope because in New York there is an Institute where good doctors could make me feel better but I have no money for the trip to US and for treatment I need. I ask for your help for a chance to have a new life. Thanks to all.
