Help Stop Maria D. from becoming homeless. I need your caring help and support so our friend M.D. will continue to have a roof above her head.

Hello,

My name is Dora and I am launching this fundraising campaign on behalf of a very dear friend of mine.

She needs our help to save her household because she is at risk of losing her home and ending up in the streets.

For the last several years the financial crisis, lack of family support, covid, and other sad incidences in her life, (losing family members), has led things for her on a difficult path.

She lost her job, tried many other jobs, struggled to do just anything to survive, but things were not picking up, leading her to a situation of just barely making things end meet month in month out. The burden was just too heavy for her.

Unfortunately, debts have accumulated, money was not enough to make payments, one thing led to another, and at this point she is just a couple of steps away before losing her home and ending up in the streets.

The next three to four months are crucial, and unless she gets help, she will be in a very bad situation.

We fully understand the dignity issues, and so we chose not to show any photos of Maria, a hard working woman who gives her struggle while most people in her environment are not aware of what she is going through. I respect her wish of discretion, but I will do everything I can to help her out. I know she does not sleep at night, not from the children crying, but from thoughts that don’t let her rest.

The amount of money needed is to cover the owes to the bank and taxes which have taken on unbelievable and unfair interests that are being fought legally now. Lawyer fees and procedure expenses are piling up.
