I need to start doing art before my parents kick me out, please help.

Hello, my name is Martin, I'm from Lithuania in Baltic States/Europe. I don't know what to do, so I'm asking for the help from people on the internet. This is my last resort, seriously.

Now look, I'm a young adult, I don't have any money, and the only thing I can do is draw. I've tried countless times to get employed in different jobs (like cashier, waiter, even a janitor) , but I was never accepted.... I want to study in university, but my parents don't want to pay for it. And my parents say that they will kick me out if I don't get a job until the end April .... So I have decided to try to make money by doing digital art, the problem is that all I have is an extremely slow laptop and a mouse, all I want to do is to buy a used and somewhat decent laptop and a drawing tablet to get me started. I've done my research , and I found a cheap drawing tablet, and a used laptop on eBay. And the total cost is about 400$. If I do manage to get these things, I will start searching for people who are looking for an artist to work for them. And I'll manage to get enough money to buy myself an education. Any and all extra money will go towards my education and putting food on the table and a roof over my head.

Please, I beg you, I need the money... I want to have a decent life, with a wife and kids.... I don't know what to do anymore.... I will even make you a drawing if I get enough money and buy my things I need...
