Increasingly Soymilk has become important to many Vietnamese consumers, especially women. Soymilk is good for bone, skin and prevents women from getting breast cancer. My friend and I have developed a special recipe for making a really tasty soymilk product. We also have conducted market research and consumer research (U&A, Indepth interviews,secondary research....). In the concept test and product test,potential consumers say they really like it and they will buy our product. The market size is big (USD 220 million). There is only one manufacturer who is focused on the industry. There are still many channels and geographical areas which have not been penetrated. We have sustainable cost advantage and differentiation advantage. We also have access to 120 Distributors (General Trade channel) and big supermarkets (Big C, Lotte, Aeon, Mega Market...). But we lack capital to launch the product to the market, so we need to raise funds for this project. Our team has experiences working for Cocacola company, Revlon cosmetics, Honda, Dr Reddy's Pharmaceuticals in managerial marketing and Sales positions. We used to launch many new products to the Vietnamese market successfully.
