I need support to be able to immigrate

I lost my job 16 months ago in Dubai and have been actively looking for another with no luck even in other fields due to my age (38) and restricted experience to pharmaceutical sales, i left the job with a huge ongoing debt with several banks, my wife's income is barely covering our basic expenses and we got lucky ti receive an opportunity to immigrate and start a new life in April 2019 , but i cannot leave the U.A.E unless i can settle my debt installments for the next three months, i already extended my ability to lend from family and friends , i need all the help i can get so i can leave the U.A.E without any legal cases from the banks.
