I need startup funding for my online language school

I have an idea that I want to create a online platform for people all over the world to learn foreign language online. The language will not just focus on English, but also Chinese, Japanese, Spanish and so on. I want to create a big community that provide people all over the world a chance to improve their language skill wherever they are and whenever they want. With the development of technology, I think it is really cool to learn language online especially for our kids. They do not have to go out for education, and they can learn any kinds of language directly from Internet. That is why I want to create a website and online school for my students.
