I need Some money for study

Dear friend, I've passed Graduate.I wish I would study more. I live in Tripura state of India. I want to read the law in Delhi. That's a lot of money.But I do not have the ability to study with so much money.But I want to study very much.I do not understand how much money I'll get.My friend told me about it that foreigners help in studying.Please help me in this regard.I'm a middle-class family boy.My dad is a day laborer.my father told me that he could not afford to pay so much money.
