I need rest!!!

I'm a 53 old women and I suffer from Rheumatoid arthritis. My job, make my condition whorse. I take Methotrexate 7 years now. Because my disease an my hard work I'm all the time in pain and suffering of tiredness and stiffness. I not have a vacation from 2015 because I can't work all 8 hours of day and I can't save money after I pay my rent my travel tickets and my medicaments. Actually, very hard I can buy my daily needs. I want to rest, because my body can't anymore, but i can't afford. I didn't see my son and my mom from 2015 because i can't afford to have free from work because I haven't save money to pay all my needs here in London where I work and to travel for holiday back home. Thank you very much to people who have the heart to keep my dream to take a year break from work and to help to improve my healt. I'm under new medication now, add to Methotrexate, biological drugs. But all medications and work take all my energy and really I pass a very hard time. Thank you at leat you have patience to read this. Thank you.
