I need my mamma to live

My Mother has a serious Cardiovascular Artery Disease requiring an immediate surgery

I, Marrice Joy F Balan On, daughter of Arlene Fajardo, am writing this to request for financial support for the treatment of my mother. She was diagnosed with Cardiovascular Artery disease where she has to undergo a procedure at the earliest in order to save her life. She is now presently confined to the ICU at the Philippine Heart Center. The cardiologist who conducted the angiogram has advised her to undergo an angioplasty or an open heart surgery, the cost of which is prohibitive and beyond our means.

My mother is a single mother and has raised me all by herself. She is the only immediate family member I have.She is currently employed as a house help and earns 9000 pesos per month salary and cannot afford this procedure. The estimated expense for the procedure ranges from USD 8000 for angioplasty to PHP 15000 for the open heart surgery.

I am writing to ask for your financial assistance in this matter and your support will be highly appreciated to save the life of my mother. Your help will be truly god sent and will give my mother a new life. Thanking you in anticipation and god bless.
