I need money to go back home

My name is Axel, I'm 24 years old, I'm from Spain, and I've lived most of my life in Panama. I'm studying Software Development in the Panama Tech University and I currently live with my dad.

A recently repealed law is keeping me from obtaining permanent residency in Panama, despite having lived here for over 17 years. My Provisional Residency ID is currently expired, and renovating is is going to cost around $800, plus approximately $2300 in attorney fees. My father is both unable and unwilling to pay those fees. And I have ultimately decided that staying here and paying those fees is not worth it, and that I'd much rather go live in Spain, where I'm a citizen and I'd no longer have the threat of deportation looming over my head. Where I'd also have many more job opportunities and a chance to have a better life. On top of that, I'm epileptic, and my dad says he'll no longer be paying for my medication, which costs $52.92 a box (I have no access to social security, given that I'm a foreigner, I have to get my medication from private pharmacies), back home I can get that same medication for 14 euros.

My plan is to go to Spain and immediately start looking for a job. My sister's already agreed to pay for my ticket there. The problem is I'd need a bit of money to get a place to stay while I get settled in and find a job. I really don't like to ask for handouts, but I have to swallow my pride this time and ask for help
