I was a student immigrant in Canada and was working multiple jobs to pay my own bills. My internship job let me go because I ate dinner with 3 of our clients and accused me of soliciting money and that is the reason why I did not graduate, so I had to use my savings while looking for another job. I found a job but covid happened and they had to close it. No job, no family and no money. I asked for help but people took advantage, one of them almost raped me and one of them threatened to deport and put me to jail . I used my US tourist visa to go to my grandma because I couldn't pay for my bills anymore in Canada and was homeless for 2 weeks with no food for 3 days. I stayed in the US for 5.5 months waiting for the travel ban to be lifted in my country. I came back to my country and left my dreams back in Canada. After 3 months in my country, I borrowed money to multiple people for my flight and possible expenses back to the US and promised to pay them back. Once again I left to fulfill my dream but only to get denied entry at the border. My boyfriend broke up with me because of my situation. visa got cancelled, got banned for 5 years, owe people money and with no job because of covid.
I want to ask for help in getting an immigrant lawyer to fix my visa situation and also to get out of debt in this time of pandemic with little to no job. I only have a few months left. Please help me get back on my feet
