I need help to cut loose

For more than 15 years, even if I want to, I can't talk to people, can't stay in school or job for long time and basically share same space with people. It's thanks to my disorder, which blocks my brain's attempts to communicate with anyone. I couldn't stay in school anymore, so I left highschool in 2016. Nobody in my family believes me, even when I'm taking Zoloft and seeing my doctor, they say I’m being lazy.. 2 weeks ago, my mom kicked me out of our house. So I need your help to have some start, rent some place and have time to find atleast some small job.
