I need help to become a App Developer and make my great ideas come to life!

Hello, my name is Adam and my whole life i loved new technologies and software. I used to study Computer science in college, but unfortunately i had to drop out to support my family financially by working for a base pay. I would like to take a course to kick start my career in IT and start creating apps! I have a lot of great ideas which could potentially help a lot of people and make their life safer! The courses i need to make my dream come true costs around 10000-13000£. With my 7£/h and a family i need to help it would be realy hard for me to make it happen. Please Help me!
