I need help saving generational family home.

Hello My name is Kimberly, I'm asking for help to save a home that has been in the family for generation. My Grandma and Grandpa build the home back in 1932. When they pass it was left to my Mom. Now I am moving in because of hard times. I have to make repairs to the home while I will be living in it. So the home will not be fully functional while me and my kids are staying there. I'm trying to get it In a state where it is liveable for 9,000. The house has been sitting for 14 years and now I'm asking for help anything possible will do.. This home could be used for loved ones that need a place to stay later on in life. I have pictures of how the home looks and the repairs that would need to completed that will not upload. I have been watching alot of YouTube videos for help for things I could do on my own. I try to be a hands on type of girl.
