Help a LGBT student

Dear supporters from all around the world,

I am an LGBT person living in Turkey. I have to keep my identity a secret for my safety. In Turkey, discrimination is very common. Women, lgbt people and people with disabilities have a lot of difficulty. I'm also a woman and an LGBT person, I always have a fear that my basic human rights will be taken away from me. In my country, especially in the last 1 year, hate speech and hate crimes against LGBT people have increased to an incredible degree. Now the country is in such a situation that even carrying items containing rainbows has become a crime. Cops even started arresting lgbt people. Also the vast majority of society, including my family, is homophobic. That is why when I complete my education, I aim to emigrate to a country where I will be in better conditions and, most importantly, safe. I'm a third-year student at the university now. Of course, I need money to achieve better living conditions. But because of the currency difference, this is a very difficult situation. And I have no financial income. I'm running this campaign not only for myself, but also for my girlfriend. Please help us take the first steps to a good life.
