I need help.

I have severe depression, anxiety, and social phobia.  When coupled together, I can't hold a job for the life of me and haven't been employed in over 2 years.

It's not a matter of me just being lazy, it's more of a 'I've run out of will and patience' thing. 

A quick summary of what exactly it is I keep going through is, I get a job, a few weeks to a month go by, my depression hits a 'critical mass' point and then I become either bed ridden or suicidal and I fall into fear, thus leading into having to stop working.

I never have been one to ask others for money, but I'm at the end of my rope.  I really hope someone, anyone, can understand what I'm going through and can lend any help possible.  Therapists, medication, nothing seems to help me as of right now. 

I can't offer any sort of reward or 'thank you' aside from a flat out 'Thanks'.
