Hello po. Here's my situation, we transferred to another home because we got kicked out from the previous one and our current location is not serviceable by my current ISP. I have no choice but to terminate my account BUT I have to pay the pre-termination fee, which is the monthly subscription multiplied by the remaining months on the contract. I still have 22 months left so thats 1500 x 22. I don't have the money because I'm the only one earning (I live with my 89 year old grandfather). I need to terminate this ASAP so I can get a new ISP, if not, I might get fired from work. Desperation brought me here and I hope I can get help.
