Campaign Story

so my teeth are absolutely destroyed.I have stage 4 periodontal disease on almost every tooth.I need that treated ,all teeth pulled and dentures made so I can eat again.im down to 110lbs at 5'7 and only eat maybe once every 2 days.Im a single mother of 2 children and need to stay healthy for them.Anything helps,God bless.
